Fancied some comfort food for lunch.
as I needed to eat some turkey from the fridge, and I had breadcrumbs I thought fried turkey..
Just cut the turkey into odd strips  and then dipped in egg, and the breadcrumbs&#8230;]]></description>

<p>Fancied some comfort food for lunch.</p>
<p>as I needed to eat some turkey from the fridge, and I had breadcrumbs I thought fried turkey..</p>
<p>Just cut the turkey into odd strips  and then dipped in egg, and the breadcrumbs and spice mix, fried for 3 minutes (olive oil &#038; butter) then finished in the oven&#8230; and it turned out well&#8230; Yum&#8230; with some potatoes and spinach warmed though&#8230;.</p>

<p>FYI the spices included BBQ seasoning, Ras al Hanout and something else which Iam not going to divulge as it&#8217;s the sheddies secret wossname.</p>
